Catering Made Simple began in 2013, when founder Greg Chanthalusy brought together years of restaurant experience, a deep love for great food, and a desire to make events more convenient—and more personal.
Greg didn’t just want to start a catering company. He wanted to build a team that cared. One that showed up on time, paid attention to the details, and made clients feel like they could actually enjoy their events.
What started with a handful of drop-off orders quickly grew into a full-service operation serving clients across the greater Chicagoland area—from Fortune 500s and hospitals to on-set film crews.
