Catering Made Simple – Invoice Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 01/01/2025

 

Payment Due Date

 

Full payment is required by event date as stated on the invoice.

Accepted Payment Methods

 

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer

Late Payment Policy

 

A late fee of 3% will be applied for payments received after the due date.

If payment is not received within 3 days, additional action may be taken, including suspension of future services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Refunds are available only for cancellations made 5 days prior to the scheduled service.

Partial refunds may be offered based on costs already incurred.

Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 3 days of the invoice issue date.

We will work with clients to resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Liability

 

Catering Made Simple is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including venue restrictions or external disruptions.

Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed, with notice provided when applicable.
